Chris is an experienced Developer and Software Architech with a history in System Administration and Software Support. He has 10+ years working with Python and PHP and 2+ years working with NodeJS. His focus has been in working with APIs to build applications to aide with automating processes and cryptocurrency interfacing such as exchanges and wallet management. He has taken recent interest in working with automation tools such as Ansible/Terraform to explore their potential in fields such as Infrastructure and App Deployment. During his time away from the screen he is a hobby screen printer and very passionate about coffee and being a home barista.
Matthew Schellhas worked as an NFA registered Commodity Trading Adviser & VP of Finance for a FINRA Broker-Dealer. Currently he is a level 3 candidate working towards the CMT Designation. He believes distributed ledger tech is an economic force of disintermediation and a key transmission mechanism in global deleveraging.
Mark discovered the programming world on his eleventh birthday when he received a spiral-bound reference guide and an Atari XE game system. Years later and having developed a love and passion for storytelling through games, he founded the Game Design Club in his senior year in school and raised over $2000 hosting tournaments to purchase textbooks and software to build games in their lunch hour and after school. Some years high school, Mark had his first taste of professionally programming automation tools while he worked as a Game Master for Nexon America. In 2008, Mark joined the Army National Guard and was sent to the Presidio of Monterey to learn Mandarin-Chinese. In 2016 he served as a database administrator for his aviation unit while deployed to Kuwait, and returned to attend college majoring in Computer Science. In 2018, he met Sam and joined the team at System9 and now works to develop software that will shape the future of fintech in the world.
